Refund and Cancellation Policy

7-day full refund, no questions asked

If Zero to FDE is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your payment and we will refund it in full. No questions, no forms. Your access ends when the refund is issued.

Email chakravarthulavishnu8@gmail.com from your account email with the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_).

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once issued, they usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

After 7 days

After 7 days, sales are final, except for payment errors, which are always refunded in full: a double charge, or a charge where access never unlocked and we cannot restore it. A failed payment that still debited money is normally reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 working days; if it is not, email us and we will help trace it.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel: the one payment of Rs. 2,999 is the only charge. You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by email.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
