Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

Zero to FDE (zero-to-fde-90-days.site) is operated by Venkata Vishnu Vardhan Raju Chakravarthula, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). Contact: chakravarthulavishnu8@gmail.com.

2. The service

An online, self-paced curriculum and set of tools for becoming a Forward Deployed Engineer: a 16-week roadmap, practice problems, project and skill lists, company research, AI practice tools, and a community. Content and features may change as the product improves.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep your password private. One person per account; do not share it.
• An account can be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Payment

Access costs Rs. 2,999 (Indian rupees), paid once. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Access unlocks automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment.

5. What "lifetime access" means

Access for as long as we operate the service, not for the lifetime of the purchaser. If we ever close the service, we will give reasonable notice by email.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of your payment, no questions asked. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. No job guarantee

The service helps you prepare. It does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any salary. Market figures quoted on the site are third-party reports, cited where they appear.

8. AI features

Resume Tailor, AI Chat, Teach It Back, and The Grilling use third-party AI models. Their output can be wrong or incomplete: review it before you rely on or send it anywhere. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with those providers (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Community rules

No harassment, hate, threats, spam, sexual content, illegal content, or sharing other people's private information. You can report messages and block users. We may hide content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

10. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (messages, showcase projects, profile). You allow us to store and display it inside the service where you chose to share it. You can remove your showcase projects at any time.

11. Our content

The curriculum, text, and design are ours or licensed to us, for your personal, non-commercial learning. Do not copy, resell, republish, or share access to them. Linked third-party resources belong to their owners.

12. Optional income-share arrangements

If an optional "pay only if hired" arrangement is ever offered, it is governed only by its own separate written agreement. These terms do not create any such obligation.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

14. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email you about material changes; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
